A) Yes I do, anywhere in the United States.
Q) Larry, I know you are one of the best Real Estate Exchangors in the country. Is this a good time to do tax free exchanges?
A) There is never a bad time to do a tax free exchange. Before doing one you should always seek the advice of your tax consultant.
Q) Larry are you still teaching Real Estate Exchanging?
A) Yes, upon request. (Anywhere in the World)
Q) Larry do you still aid in or put on exchange meetings across the country?
A) Upon request I still do both.
Q) I have both of your Formulas Books. WOW!!! Is all I can say about them. I’m wondering if you still teach courses from your books?

LEG: One actual part of an exchange transaction. Example: One principal and his property. Example: Client A has apartments and Client B has land – this would be a two legged exchange.
